Sacred Stillness Workshop

A focused, in-depth workshop that explores the Pilates method in detail. Learn essential concepts, master specific exercises, and understand anatomical and biomechanical foundations to elevate your practice. Chronic Illness Care

A workshop devoted to helping those with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Living with a chronic condition is extremely challenging, but there is hope! In this workshop I'll share with you my tips for coping with my own chronic illness and dealing with painful symptoms that persist over time. We'll cover the foundations of Pilates, and explore gentle, mindful movement.
